WHAT TYPE OF PAPER DO YOU USE FOR PRINTS?

I use 230gsm Premium Arctic Matte matte Paper for the best finish at an economical price.

I got a custom pet portrait from you. Can I get it printed on merchandise? Yes! Just send me a note through the Contact form and let me know what you want. I can have it printed on Hoodies, T-Shirts, Tank Tops, Tote Bags, Throw Pillows, Phone Cases, Mugs, Puzzles, Stickers,  Ornaments, Magnet, Acrylic Trays, and Yoga Mats. 

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

For Prints, Stickers, Cards, and Books:

I ship all of these out of my home in Bozeman, MT. Shipping Costs and Information TBD.

For All Other Merchandise:

The Print on Demand Company will choose the most cost-effective shipping carrier based on the items ordered and their destination. Shipping times range from 1-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS / EXCHANGES / REFUNDS?

• I do not accept returns; all sales are FINAL.
• I do my utmost to ensure that your prints are packaged carefully and arrive safely at their destination.
• If your prints arrive damaged, please keep all packaging and contact me with your order number for further instructions.

Can I cancel my order?

All print sales are final. Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.
